Could you be the full-time POS (Power Supply) Design Engineer in Bucharest we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.
You'll play a key role in adapting and modifying railway electrification design packages for projects or tenders, producing critical design documents, and representing the project technically to the customer. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, industrial, quality, and different support functions), manage engineering-related disciplines, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of power supply design activities, including electrical architecture and interface specifications, but also provide technical support to construction and testing teams.
We’ll look to you for:
- Performing basic engineering activities for power supply systems (high voltage, medium voltage, traction, and low voltage parts).
- Providing electrical architectures, technical specifications, functional specifications, and interface specifications.
- Producing calculation notes and validating supplier equipment offers.
- Managing detailed engineering activities, including technical drawing validation and factory test procedures.
- Participating in factory acceptance tests of equipment.
- Supporting coordination and interface management with other subsystems and teams (e.g., Systems, civil works, SCADA, catenary, EMC, earthing & bonding).
- Providing technical support to construction and commissioning teams.
- Contributing to the creation and modification of As-built documentation and drawings.

- Degree in Engineering (preferably in rolling stock or related fields).
- At least 2 years of experience in ACAD design programs.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Autonomous, motivated, proactive, and with good communication skills.
- Mastery of 2D/3D CAD software and standard office tools.
