Could you be the full-time Project Controller in Bucharest we’re looking for?


Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Alina, and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates.


You'll Perform Financial Controlling activities related to the projects that we are having in Bulgaria and support the business growing in this area. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Manager, Technical responsible, Planning, Enginnering, Bid & Project Management, etc)


You’ll specifically take care of ensuring the economic and financial management of the project, supporting the Site Controller and Project Manager, following company procedures and ensuring risks and opportunities are managed to optimise the project financial targets


We’ll look to you for:


  • Manage and analyse work packages toghether with Project Manager and Work Package Owners
  • Involving you in the tender phase of a project to support all specific financial demands (analysis of the contract financial terms, financial risks/savings, financial forecasts, bonds, etc)
  • Ensure support in periodical Project Reviews preparation with all the relevant financial analysis
  • Ensure support in preparation of  budget estimations, supports the analysis and control of the project cost variance and project result variance in order to optimize the project margin
  • Following up and analyses cash in the project
  • Being responsible for project related reporting in the internal ERP systems (Adel, Teranga)
  • Assure assistance to all financial audits
  • Ensure support in managing project bonds and hedging to limit exposure
  • Being process owner of several internal controls in ICQ and related action plans

  • University degree in finance
  • Experience in financial control processes in industrial environment
  • Very good knowledge of English or French; good knowledge of a second foreign language
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • SAP knowledge represents an advantage.
