Could you be the full-time Network & Telecom System Design Leader in Bucharest we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your telecom network design expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in preparing and executing telecom networks design, coordinating design activities with telecom suppliers, and supporting the tracking of telecom correspondence and planning activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (installation teams, cybersecurity teams, power experts), oversee design specifications, and collaborate on system deliveries and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of ensuring the quality and consistency of N&T sub-system designs and managing technical gaps, but also support functional validation and commissioning teams.
We’ll look to you for:
- Contributing to N&T sub-system deployment activities (Installation, Test & Commissioning)
- Delivering N&T sub-system designs approved by the Customer and aligned with the System Delivery Plan
- Reaching QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments for N&T sub-system design
- Elaborating N&T sub-system design specifications and BoQ
- Maintaining close follow-up on technical gap implementation
- Ensuring external interfaces are consistent with N&T sub-system
- Supervising and participating in system deliveries and functional validation phases
- Managing sub-system configuration throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting installation and commissioning teams in their activities
- Ensuring compliance with quality processes and N&T guidelines
- Providing technical explanations for customer queries on Radio/N&T-related subjects
- Collaborating with Project Engineering Managers (PrEM) and other sub-system leaders to ensure project performance

- Master’s degree in Science (Mathematics, Physics, or IT)
- Experience in radio deployments in industrial environments
- Experience in managing design telco/IT projects
- Strong knowledge and experience in data communication techniques (wired and/or wireless)
- Experience in technical coordination and team management
- Familiarity with application engineering and signalling/system architecture (preferred)
- Process-oriented and result-driven mindset
