Could you be the full-time Methods Responsible for our Metrorex maintenance project in Bucharest we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your methods and industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field.   You’ll report to Silviu, Industrialization Manager, and work alongside dedicated and passionate teammates.

 

You'll define and manage, in terms of Industrial Engineering Department, new processes and analyze the ergonomic activity of the workstation.

 

You’ll specifically take care of industrial activities like:

  • Define and manage work instruction needed for process development (preventive, corrective and components repairing) for each type of fleet, based on technical information, production workflow, maintenance plan, workstation analysis, ergonomic study
  • Ensure the support for operations in order to define the needs in terms of jigs & tools and manages the design of new jigs & tools and their improvements.
  • Manage the layouts that define the workstations emplacement.
  • Define the industrial processes standard operation list and BOM’s according to the department planning.
  • Participates at continuous improvement meetings (PDCA/SWIP).
  • Implementation of  APSYS rules through Industrialziation strategy

  • Knowledge  regarding rolling stock maintenance and repair
  • General knowledge on the way the working within the company.
  • IT skills: Autodesk Inventor, MS Office, Outlook, Visio,  AutoCAD,
