Could you be the full-time Methods Manager for our TRAXX maintenance project in Bucharest we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your methods and industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field.   You’ll report to Mihaela, Country Industrial Directors Services Romania & Bulgaria and work alongside dedicated and passionate teammates.

You'll coordinate and manage the Industrial Methods activity related for maintenance, and ensure their improvements.  You will assure the relationship between Industrial Engineering Department and Production area.

You’ll specifically take care of industrial activities like:

• Define and manage work instruction needed for process development (preventive, corrective and components repairing) for each type of fleet, based on technical information, production workflow, maintenance plan, workstation analysis, ergonomic study
• Ensure the support for operations in order to define the needs in terms of jigs & tools and manages the design of new jigs & tools and their improvements.
• Manage the layouts that define the workstations emplacement.
• Define the industrial processes standard operation list and BOM’s according to the department planning.
• Participates at continuous improvement meetings (PDCA/SWIP).
• Implementation of  APSYS rules through Industrialization strategy

• Technical knowledge about products/services related to the activity

• Rolling stock knowledge
• Knowledge regarding the technical products regarding the related activities
• Knowledge about machines elements & mechanisms
• Knowledge regarding the electrical and the pneumatically actuation
• Knowledge  regarding rolling stock maintenance and repair
• General knowledge on the way the working within the company.
• IT skills: Autodesk Inventor, MS Office, Outlook, Visio,  AutoCA
