Could you be the full-time Industrialisation Manager in Bucharest we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your methods and industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field.   You’ll report to Mihaela, Country Industrial Directors Services Romania & Bulgaria and work alongside dedicated and passionate teammates.

 

You'll define and manage industrial processes (preventive, corrective, overhall) per type of fleet, based on production workflow, maintenance plan, workstation analysis, ergonomic study (Tasks List, BOM, WI, etc…). Also you will be coordinating the development of new industrial processes/projects at Project level and also at Services level.

 

You’ll specifically take care of industrial strategy implementation and allocated time improvement.

 

You will also:

  • Define & manage industrial processes for preventive activity and overhaul based on production workflow, maintenance plan , workstation analysis, ergonomic study (standard ops , BOM, etc…)
  • Define and implement a continuous improvement plan for the critical maintenance processes in order to ensure QCD improvement (SWIP actions planning and implementation follow-up).
  • Manage the qualification of the people and validation of special processes
  • Manage the Service Execution System and BOM’s and assure the implementation in production
  • Manage the digital integration of tools in the industrial activity
  • Manage the APSYS activity according to project challenge letter

•          Technical university education and/or management (Rolling Stock)

•          Several years of working experience in operation/production activity

•          Knowledge of railway principles

•          Knowledge about EHS requirements management and Quality development process

•          Knowledge of technological/methods processes and related products
