Could you be the full-time Material Planning Officer in Bucharest we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Marius, and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll organise and manage the activities within supply chain department in order to achieve material project workpackage QCD. Ensure on- time parts/material availability and product delivery.

You’ll specifically contribute improving cost, lead time and inventory optimisation (deliver Project QCD).

We’ll look to you for:

  • Manage procurement data in SAP according to the agreements and price list negociated and signed by Sourcing
  • Covers purchasing activity – purchase orders, delivery schedules, execution in ERP
  • Manage of PO and suppliers acknowledgment, follow up the process in ERP and agreed applications at organizational level
  • Participate active in QCD meetings ( internal or with suppliers ), ensure management of logistic non-conformities
  • Monitore and report Key Performance Indicators and continuous improvement activity for procurement
  • Manage inventory level
  • Ensure material availability by planning all interfaces to suppliers
  • Manage the critical parts

  • Upper technical/ economical education
  • At leats 2 years experience in a similar position, in logistics, procurement, in an international inveronment
  • English knowledge: able to read write and speak level
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP programm with special regards to modules used for management of the Supply Chain
  • Expert-level knowledge in Excel, Word, Lotus
