We are looking for a passionate Material Planner who thrives on ensuring seamless material availability and on-time product delivery. You will work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates to organise and manage supply chain activities, driving project QCD performance. This role calls for ownership, precision, and a continuous improvement mindset to optimize costs, lead times and inventory while keeping our projects on track.
Your Role, Your Impact
- Manage procurement data in SAP according to the agreements and price list negotiated and signed by Sourcing;
- Covers purchasing activity – purchase orders, delivery schedules, execution in ERP;
- Manage of PO and suppliers acknowledgment, follow up the process in ERP and agreed applications at organizational level;
- Participate active in QCD meetings ( internal or with suppliers ), ensure management of logistic non-conformities;
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators and continuous improvement activity for procurement;
- Manage inventory level;
- Ensure material availability by planning all interfaces to suppliers;
- Manage the critical parts.

What You Bring
- University level education – technical studies/ economics;
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position, in logistics, supply chain, in an international environment;
- English knowledge: able to read write and speak level;
- Demonstrated experience with SAP program with special regards to modules used for management of the Supply Chain;
- Expert-level knowledge in Excel, Word, Lotus;
- Fluency in English.
