Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Lucian, and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll  be in  close cooperation with the Project Manager where he/she has End to End accountability at system level of QCD and Performance.

He/she is the main interlocutor with the Engineering and Project manager and manage directly ISR team engaged in the production of the ISR deliverables function (Technical Documentation, RAMS, Design Engineering, System architect, etc.…) with purpose to capture all information that can influence the maintenance strategy:

ISR Engineer / TL is accountable of:

  • The production of the ISR Elements (LSA engineering, Maintenance documentation, Training, Special tools and test benches, Spare parts) during both Tender and Project phase.
  • The planning, cost and quality of the ISR Elements accordingly to the ISR management Plan
  • The definition and implementation of the ISR management Plan
  • Manage delivery of ISR elements during tender and project phase with respect of ISR management Plan and QCD.
  • Manage ISR team involved in the design of ISR elements.
  • Manage coordination with other Métier or Function for the design of ISR elements.
  • Manage coordination with central Function to ensure integration and compliancy with standard and best practice (REF LIB/ DFS/M&T)
  • Identify the performance allocation in compliancy with DFS target.
  • Define maintenance plan and design of LSA elements (MTA, LCC, LORA, RCM)
  • Define spare part allocation for first provisional (LAI)
  • Validation of support solution and associated maintenance documentation or training toolkit.
  • Capitalize data in central ISR repository (ILS PDM)
  • Manage LSA team, the workload and size the team accordingly
  • Manage LSA activities to deliver QCD commitments in coordination with the ISR Management plan
  • Write LSA Management plan
  • Ensure technical interfaces with RS, Components, Signaling and Infra teams (RAMS Architect, mechanical, electrical & system architect, sourcing, LSA for equipment and from suppliers)
  • Ensure that DFS is correctly applied on Sub System (Component Site)
  • Ensure REX is collected and considered,
  • Manage Definition of Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) in consistency with Design Engineering BOM definition.
  • Elaborate maintenance plan
  • Elaborate LCC calculations and analyzed
  • Manage relationship with sourcing for ISR requirement clauses linked to sourcing concern.
  • Ensure LSA database (ILS PDM) is defined and completed correctly
  • Ensure compliancy between Spar Part consumption model and maintenance strategy.
  • Validate content of the technical maintenance documentation and training toolkit.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Promote usage of standard ISR practice compliant with international standard or Alstom central procedure and Method & Tool
  • Capitalize data to improve QCD on future project
  • Coordinate production of REX report upon completion of ISR WP execution with focus on applicable ISR Ref Lib update, identified needs for process improvements and possible proposals for best practices.
  • Produce ISR WP KPI dashboard in line with Central/Service Platform guidelines
  • Capitalize data to improve QCD on future project

  • Engineering University Degree or equivalent
  • 3 years of ISR experience in ISR Engineering.
  • Railroad technical knowledge on the reliability and maintainability aspects
  • Knowledge of the main ILS Elements applicable to Railroad equipment (RAMS, LSA, LCC, Technical Publishing, Training)
  • Solid decision making and critical thinking
  • English Fluent - Mandatory
