Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your HR expertise in a dynamic, global setting. Reporting to the HRO Admin Team Leader, you’ll collaborate closely with Alstom’s HR network across countries, making a direct impact on our HR service delivery.
In this role, you’ll handle incoming non-standard HR service requests from Managers, Employees, and HR Business Partners across a range of HR functions. Acting as our second-line HR support, you’ll resolve complex service requests to meet business needs and ensure high standards of service.
We’ll look to you for:
Main responsibilities:
Time & Attendance
Create new profile in ALISTA and ensure support to new users (Managers, Employees)
Control data and related counters
Input items directly managed by HR team
Send monthly Time and Attendance Data to Payroll
Support employees and managers on requests regarding Time & Attendance
Provide analysis to Site HR
Ensure compliance with legal requirements (Additional working Time, working hours…)
Payroll Data
Collect all non-fixed items, control, and send elements to Payroll
Provide all needed information regarding new comers, leavers or contractual amendment for AES to produce the related contractual document and payroll processing once documents properly approved
Support Site HRD on payroll approval process.
Main contact for central AES regarding payroll approval process (Collection of HRD validation…)
Follow up for work awards (ex: Médailles du travail)
Short-term incentive & Bonus calculation support
Employees Administration
Implement and follow-up needed dashboard (Long Term Absence, partial time…)
Responsible for updating and archiving of all needed documents in employees files
Follow-up of Work permits
Collection and archiving of medical certificates, Work Injury follow-up and needed files constitution
Provide analysis on administrative data to HR Team on request
Apply census rules and manage Hired staff process in ALPS
May participate or animate local Industrial Relations committees (DP, CE…)
Performance measurements (OTD, QCD, Sales, PMC, Orders, Gross margin, etc.)
Headcount in line with Census Rules
On Time Delivery and quality of payroll data
On Time Delivery on HR request

Microsoft Office Pack: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Customer Orientation and strong interpersonal skills
Adaptability and resilience under pressure, with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Language: English proficiency is mandatory; additional languages are an asset.
Education: Master’s preferred; HR qualifications are an advantage.
