Could you be the full-time Fleet manager in Bucharest we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your planning and organizing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Bogdan, in Bucharest and work alongside his professional and dedicated teammates.
You'll manage and coordinate our fleet management activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project management, engineering, industrial, quality, different support functions), offer support to our local teams, maintain the link with our central teams and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the preventive maintenance planning of the trains, monitoring and reporting the daily situation of the trains, the availability indicators and the kilometers traveled by the fleet.
We’ll look to you for:
- Planning the introduction of the trains for preventive and corrective maintenance, according to the regulations in force in collaboration with the Traction Operator of the client
- Keeping in touch with the depots and update the situation of the train’s park under maintenance to ensure trains in exchange to accomplish the traffic graph.
- Following and notifying the special situations that have appeared in the circulation of the trains by introducing this information in SAP, opening in SAP the working orders for depots and in case of problems arising to contact the depot manager / fleet manager.
- Reporting and keeping daily analysis of the train park on all lines and the achievement of the availability indicator according to the maintenance contract in collaboration with client’s Traction Operator.
- Collaborating with client in making decisions regarding traffic problems.
- Keeping daily record of the number of kilometers traveled by the trains in circulation with passengers and kilometers traveled by the test trains on all the routes.
- Supporting other departments Operation, Engineering, Sourcing, Logistics in order to achieve the organization objective.
- Taking the responsibilities of Depot Manager in his absence from the depot.

- Bachelor degree diploma- engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in operation, logistics and maintenance activities;
- Experience in rolling stock maintenance - will be a plus;
- MS Office, SAP, Word, Excel knowledge;
- English language - advanced;
- Romanian language is a must
