Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Emanuel, in Bucharest and work alongside his professional and dedicated teammates.
You'll Manage / be part of the task’s execution within the Fleet Support Centre, looking for the improvement of the reliability of the fleet, its Total Cost of Ownership and ensuring the accomplishment of the different KPIs and quality requirements established by the Board and the maintenance plans
We’ll look to you for:
• Assures the technical support to the projects.
• Proposes innovative solutions and implements Services solutions in the maintenance projects.
• Analyses the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to
improve them.
• Searches for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities with Operations Engineers (depot
support).
• Analyses failure criticality studies and uses RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and other available methodologies to define and
optimize the maintenance requirements, tasks and intervals.
• Analyses and integrates data coming from Operations (Return on Experience).
• Support technically drivers and station located personnel.
• Support technically depot personnel in order to reduce repairing times.
• Logs, events and incidences analysis to define/coordinate corrective actions to take.
• Creation of different reports (contractual/technical. Etc.) in order to explain incidents.
• Creation of analytics reports using available tools (Tableau, …).
• Support the improvement of the diagnosis tool (HealthHub).
• Cooperate in the in the organization of the corrective maintenance both in depot and the stations.
• Creation and management of the different fleet retrofits in order to improve the reliability.
• Cooperation in the implementation and development of new tools to monitor new subsystems and improve the effectiveness of the tasks
done in the depot.
• Verify the correct execution of the maintenance plan, proposing improvements.
• Test different elect mechanical components.
• Update KPIs.
• Notify incidents that are likely to lead to Safety issues in the fleet.
• Quality, Environment, Safety and Health normative accomplishment.
▪ Manages and develops the Fleet Support Centre team
▪ Takes responsibility for QCD targets and deliverables of the Centre
All about you

- University degree in Railway Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation Engineering or Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in Railways system/Application engineering
- Knowledge of rolling stock equipment
- Good knowledge of PC use: Word, Excel.
- English language, at least intermediate level.
- Problem solving capacity (technical and costs evaluation of a solution)
- Capacity of managing Technical risks
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Desire to learn
- Effective, professional interpersonal skills
