We’ll look to you for:

  • Define and implement engineering vision, including team profiles, skills, and discipline evolution in terms of technology and competitiveness.
  • Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and establish deadlines.
  • Provide support for team project/program execution.
  • Continuously motivate, encourage, evaluate, recognize, train, and develop team resources in cooperation with HR, following approved performance evaluation processes and targets.
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
  • Develop and nurture World Class Engineering (WCE) Experts.
  • Ensure effective communication processes within the team and the organization.
  • Be accountable for the deployment of processes, methods, and tools within your scope, and contribute to their improvement.

  • Foster the collection and sharing of lessons learned (REX) from project/program execution.
  • Review workload forecasts and capacity, leveraging subcontracting, business strategies, and footprint objectives, while staffing projects, bids, and programs appropriately.
  • Participate in tender design reviews and documentation reviews as per tender strategy and relevance.
  • Commit to Project/Program/Tender Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) related to your domain.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
