Could you be the full-time dispatcher in Bucharest we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Emil, in Bucharest and work alongside his professional and dedicated teammates.

You'll contribute to the preventive and corrective maintenance for metro train fleets in Bucharest. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, industrial, quality, different support functions), doing different maintenance activities and much more.

You’ll specifically take care Planning the preventive maintenance of the trains, monitoring and reporting the daily situation of the trains, the availability indicators and the kilometers traveled by the trains.

 

We’ll look to you to perform the following:

  • In collaboration with the fleet operator’s team plans the introduction of the trains for preventive and corrective maintenance, according to the regulations in force.
  • Keeps in touch with the depots and updates the situation of the trains park under maintenance to ensure trains in exchange to accomplish the traffic graph.
  • Follows and notifies the special situations that have appeared in the circulation of the trains by introducing this information in SAP, opens in SAP the working orders for depots; in case of problems arise will contact the depot manager / fleet manager.
  • Reports and keeps daily analysis of the train park on all lines and the achievement of the availability indicator according to the maintenance contract in collaboration with the operator’s planning team.
  • Collaborates with the client in making decisions regarding traffic problems.
  • Keeps daily record of the number of kilometers traveled by the trains in circulation with passengers and kilometers traveled by the test trains on all the routes.
  • Support other departments Operation, Engineering, Sourcing, Logistics in order to achieve the organization objective.
  • Takes other responsibilities requested by the management in case a colleague or the manager is absent in order to cover well the activities.
  • Execute works within the established deadlines
  • Respect and conform to the company's EHS procedures as well as those specific to the workplace and apply the protection environmental rules
  • Communicate to the hierarchical manager any suggestions to improve the activity.

  • High school diploma. A technical university diploma is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years experience in operation, logistics and maintenance activities;
  • Experience in rolling stock maintenance - will be a plus;
  • MS Office, SAP, Word, Excel knowledge;
  • English language - advanced;
  • Familiarity with a similar industrial activity
