Could you be the full-time  Digital Integration Key user in Bucharest, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Mihai, in Bucharest and work alongside his professional and dedicated teammates.

 

You'll coordinate our Digital & Integrated Systems product line teams in Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (business development, bids, project management, engineering, industrial, quality, different support functions), offer support to our local teams, maintain the link with our central teams and much more.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Single point of contact between central RBPE, BPO & IS&T and Romania & Bulgaria Projects
  • Provide daily support to end users. Capture the needs & feedback from End Users and raise tickets,  in Service Portal
  • Design and develop instructional material that supports the Projects training needs.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • On an ongoing basis maintain, revise, and improve existing instructional material.
  • Collaborate with the IS&T to deploy digital tools
  • Anticipate business opportunities in the cluster to feed platforms roadmaps and identify standalone opportunities
  • Be accountable of the commitment for cybersecurity in Project phase
  • Support APSYS Leader in APSYS deployment by providing on field expertise on lean & continuous improvement tools
  • Support all improvement actions to reach APSYS targets defined with each métier based on APSYS roadmaps
  • Contribute as trainer to APSYS program, methodologies and tools in his sites / projects

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor degree in engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operation, logistics and maintenance activities
  • Experience in rolling stock maintenance - will be a plus
  • GSI (SAP), MS Office, Word, Excel knowledge
  • Romanian and English proficiency
