You'll
Full accountability of the end to end CCM process and deliverables in a Low Criticality Project / No Criticality Project or Program (Level 3).
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of the delivered products and services to internal and external customers.
Keep the Project/ Program configuration under control and manage changes during the whole lifecycle of the Project or Program.
Mission and deliverables:
- Responsible for the application of the Configuration and Change Management process within the program/project;
- Keep the project/program configuration under control during the whole lifecycle of the Project or Program;
- Plans, integrates, develops, drives and monitors the application of the Configuration and Change Management process as described in the Configuration and Change Management internal Procedures. Ensures all involved functions, Métiers, Suppliers and/ or Sub-Systems follow the CCM rules defined and agreed in the Configuration Management Plan (CMP).
- Ensure Configuration is formalized and adequate at any time to deliver the configuration and change documentation to the stakeholders (customer, supplier, partners or project)
- Define Configuration and Change Management reporting and indicators;
- Identify and define which components will be considered as configuration items;
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of configuration items data all along project/program life cycle;
- Perform the role of Configuration and Change Management tools Key User and Configuration and Change Management Process Correspondent;
- Support team members to configuration and change management tools usage;
- Create and publish configuration baselines;
- Write release notes, check them with Technical Manager in configuration reviews, and freeze baselines;
- Control configuration (compare As-Designed/As-Shipped/As-Installed);
- Plan, organize and attend the CCB meetings;
- Review the Delivery Plan;
- Suggests improvements of the activity (Return of Experience on Configuration and Change Management issues: process, organisation);
- Analyse Configuration and change management reporting and indicators and report the analyses to its department head, Core Team Manager, according to rules define in the CMP;
- Ensures the execution of CCM audits and DfQ Gates for CCM deliverables.
Experience:
Mandatory:
- Profound understanding of Configuration & Change Management and how its related processes such as Requirements Management, Data Management and Document Control inter-relate with the Business Processes
- Experiences in Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Engineering and/or Industrialization
- Experiences in working in an international environment
Desirable:
- Knowledgeable of Signalling railway domain
- Knowledge of Configuration & Change Management related processes of contributing Métiers / Functions
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of Lascom AEC, ClearCase, PLM Enovia, Clearquest, RTC, Git lab
- Engineering environment awareness
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent in English
- Rigor
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate with all involved project actors
- Knowledge of railway products, systems and components
- Knowledge of the standard information systems of the digital chain (SAP, PLM, Change Tools, etc.)
- Preferable trained to a recognized Configuration and Change Management standard
- Demonstrates comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills and the ability to guide, influence and convince other without formal leadership
- Understanding of project / program, engineering, production and testing planning
- Systematic, rigorous, proactive and organized, able to sort out different matters at concurrent time period
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Be clear in the identification of the key issues, opportunities and alternatives.
- Proposes continuous improvement on new ideas and ways about methods, processes and standards in order to achieve or improve performance objectives.

6. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the data specified in art. 22 1 of the Labor Code will result in the inability to participate in recruitment.
