Could you be the full-time Configuration and Change Manager in Bucharest we’re looking for?

 


Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your Configuration and Change Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll ensure the accuracy, consistency, and traceability of delivered products and services to internal and external customers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, supply chain, industrialization), plan and monitor Configuration and Change Management processes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of keeping project/program configurations under control and managing changes throughout the lifecycle of the project/program, but also supporting team members with tools usage and documentation.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Applying and ensuring adherence to Configuration and Change Management processes
  • Maintaining accuracy and completeness of configuration items data
  • Defining and monitoring configuration and change management reporting and indicators
  • Organizing and attending Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings
  • Creating and publishing configuration baselines
  • Analyzing configuration and change management reporting to drive improvements

  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Profound understanding of Configuration and Change Management and its related processes
  • Experience in business process management, project management, or engineering
  • Knowledge of railway products, systems, and components
  • Familiarity with tools like SAP, PLM, Change Tools, or Lascom AEC
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to propose continuous improvements to methods and processes
