Could you be the full-time Administrative clerk in Bucharest we’re looking for? 

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your administrative and operational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Viorel, in Bucharest and work alongside his professional and dedicated teammates.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (business development, bids, project management, engineering, industrial, quality, different support functions), offer support to our local teams, to each of our new and existing employees and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for the following activities:

  • Centralize and update the company staff lists for the annual renewal of metro access cards for employees and their family members.
  • Prepare memos regarding the replacement of metro access cards that are demagnetized, damaged, or accidentally lost.
  • Ensure courier services between different ALSTOM locations and also with external partners or clients
  • Prepare monthly memos for the purchase of CFR (Romanian Railways) subscriptions for company commuters.
  • Fill out CFR reimbursement forms, which will then be submitted for verification and HR approval.
  • Send the list of CFR reimbursements and subway access passes for family members to MAP.
  • Perform other activities specific to the administrative office.
  • Apply and adhere to current administrative procedures (documents and requirements of the quality management system, the Internal Regulations, Code of Ethics, HSE and Fire Safety standards, and the company’s policies).
  • Offer administrative support to all new and existing employees

  • Upper Education
  • Minimum 3 years of work in administrative activities, preferably in a complex organization
  • Knowledge of English - conversational level
