COMPETENCIES
- Proficient knowledge of building services (fire safety, sanitary, HVAC, BMS, electricity,…)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Good understanding of contract law and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with ERP and CMMS systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the life cycle of the site IFM-contract.
- Monitoring the daily affairs and determining priorities.
- Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or disputes that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all contract related documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on contract-related matters and best practices.
- Monitoring budgets and negotiations with service provider.
- Developing and implementing procedures and policies.
- Follow-up of various types of CAPEX projects.
- Structuring and maintaining a solid asset inventory in Maximo.
EXPERIENCE
- Education in industrial engineering or equivalent by experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial or maintenance environment and/or in facility management.
- Experience with CMMS and understanding of physical asset management is greatly appreciated.
- Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English. French speaking is an asset.
