Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety for our projects, making a tangible impact on both our teams and our customers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Industrial, and Supplier Quality teams), guide project teams on quality contributions, and coordinate quality activities within the project community.

You’ll specifically take care of being the primary interface for customer quality and safety teams, but also contribute to criticality assessments and ensure compliance with quality standards.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Interfacing with customer quality and safety teams
  • Contributing to sub-system criticality assessments to ensure safety and quality assurance
  • Coordinating quality activities across project teams and providing guidance
  • Organising quality awareness initiatives and, if needed, quality training
  • Supporting project audits, reviews, and vendor quality system approvals
  • Reporting quality and safety alerts, and managing non-conformities and safety issues
  • Ensuring compliance of project deliverables through inspections and audits
  • Facilitating problem-solving to reduce non-quality costs and improve efficiency
  • Implementing corrective and preventive action systems
  • Providing periodic progress reports and identifying improvement opportunities

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college experience
  • Experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving methodologies
  • Awareness of processes and products delivered in projects
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Strong ability to coordinate and animate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling
  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues
  • Contribute to innovative projects

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
