Your future role:

 

We are seeking a Customer Director based in the Milton office. Reporting to the ANZ Commercial Director, you will manage the complete portfolio of clients in QLD and New Zealand, while nurturing key relationships as the primary liaison for clients and partners to maximise opportunities and enable business growth.

 

You will:

 

  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and engage with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
  • Drive business growth by promoting and selling both existing and new products, while upholding ALSTOM's high standards of ethics and compliance
  • Guide the sales and tendering teams, and lead critical business opportunity and tender review meetings
  • Influence customer decision-making processes and engage key stakeholders to drive results
  • Operate as the primary customer contact, championing a customer-centric culture and consistently measuring satisfaction
  • Utilise data analytics to inform decision-making and achieve key outcomes supporting services maintenance and expanding Alstom's product lines in QLD and NZ

 

 

All about you:

 

  • Degree in Engineering or Business related field
  • Excellent stakeholder management capability 
  • Large network within the Australian railway industry, including links with customer organisations
  • Demonstrable experience of building company strategy and executing it to deliver business growth
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and manage messaging appropriate to the audience
  • High proficiency in organisations products and services
  • You will be required to have flexibility and mobility in the workplace with a willingness to travel on the job
