 Could you be the full-time Project Documentation Planner in Braunschweig, Germany we’re looking for?

 

Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your documentation planning process expertise in a new interdisciplinary field. You’ll report to RAHMANIAN Shahin (Team lead Documentation Management), and work within alongside passionate, motivated team.

During large wayside projects in the area of, document management of planning process plays an important role in the reduction of constructional and technical additions with deviating plan states. You'll be in charge of organizing the document management of planning process within wayside & infrastructure projects and ensures that the whole documentation planning process is available in alignment with project time schedule.

Your tasks:

  • As Project Documentation Planner you are responsible for controlling all activities around document management of planning process including retrival of As-built plans from the DB Netz AG (IZ-Plan) and other authorities
  • You will coordinate the planning process accroding to DB Netz AG guidelines (RIL 809, 819 & 886) and administrative regulation accroding to VV BAU STE.
  • You will coordinate the activities of planning companies in ongoing contracts and monitor state & documentation production in the documentation management system (EPLASS).
  • You will support the project management on data maintenance
  • Manage the documentation delivery in due time to all internal & external stakeholders
  • Manage, in applying internal rules/instructions, Document translation, record management and physical archiving.
  • Analyse customer requirements for documentation for high critical tenders and assess risks of project execution

  • Project management background depending on the complexity of the Project
  • Experience with electronic document management systems (preferably EPLASS) is desired
  • General Knowledge of IT tools & processes and Microsoft Office 365 expertise
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Good Communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker
  • Clear reporting skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Fluent German & English language skills – spoken and written
