We are currently looking for a System Designer (f/m/d) for our Braunschweig location

 

 

 

Your tasks:

• Analysis of customer requirements (specifications)

• Creation and maintenance of the product documentation of the subsystems of the object controller system

• Creation and coordination of the development documentation as part of the task with implementation, validation, experts, authorities and operators

• Coordination and further development of the subsystems of the object controller system

• Accompanying the development process, analyzing and eliminating technical conflicts

• Integration of the subsystems of the object controller system into the overall ESTW system

• Analysis of system behavior based on field data

 

Your profile:

• Completed technical university degree (electrical engineering or similar), ideally with a focus on control and safety technology or comparable training

• Good knowledge of software development in C++ and C# or Java

• Expertise in systems engineering

• Specialist knowledge of railway operations and the regulations of the railway, operations and signaling service

• Specialist knowledge of the relevant specifications, rules and standards for electronic interlocking systems in Germany

• Knowledge of common signaling systems in Germany (interlockings, level crossings, etc.)

• Ideally, knowledge of how object controller systems work

•    High commitment and resilience as well as independent working methods

• Very good organizational, coordination and communication skills

• Very good knowledge of MS Office and similar standard applications

• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German

•    Good written and spoken English knowledge
