Could you be the full-time Project Documentation Planner in Braunschweig, Germany we’re looking for?
Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your documentation planning process expertise in a new interdisciplinary field. You’ll report to RAHMANIAN Shahin (Team lead Documentation Management), and work within alongside passionate, motivated team.
During large wayside projects in the area of, document management of planning process plays an important role in the reduction of constructional and technical additions with deviating plan states. You'll be in charge of organizing the document management of planning process within wayside & infrastructure projects and ensures that the whole documentation planning process is available in alignment with project time schedule.
Your tasks:

Regarding the different planning documents, you will coordinate all project participants in terms of content and timing. In case of deviations, you will identify risks in a timely manner and submit proposals for appropriate countermeasures.

In later project phases, you will be responsible for documentation planning management and create a plan list according to customer project requirements (possibly using an appropriate software solution) and regulations. You will actively monitor the progress of documentation planning to ensure the timely submission of plans.

It is also your responsibility to review the planning documents regarding interfaces to other projects and trades, as well as adherence to formal requirements according to the assignment.

You are responsible for the revision-controlled archiving, retrieval, and system maintenance of the plans/planning documents.

Participation in the creation of customer project documentation and commissioning of planning documents are also part of your tasks.

You have a completed (Bachelor's) degree or completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field, as well as many years of relevant professional experience, especially in project documentation planning (German Planlaufmanagement).

You have good knowledge of project management as well as a good understanding of economic contexts.

Ideally, you have in-depth knowledge of plan management systems (e. g. EPLASS) and electronic documentation management systems (e.g. TP PLM); proficiency in common MS-Office applications is a given.

You are independent, structured, and work in a team-oriented manner. You enjoy "juggling many balls simultaneously" and never lose track.

You are characterized by high assertiveness, conflict management, and communication skills

Fluent German & English language skills – spoken and written
