Plants & Tools Technician / Assembler

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your driving railway vehicles experience and certification in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Sorin and work alongside his professional and dedicated teammates. 

You will work on site for installation of OCS equipment, realizes the works within the pre-calculated time schedule. 

The Assembler position, reporting direct to a Team Leader or to the Site Manager will have the following responsibilities:

Montator la Instalarea stalpilor Lucrari civile / Assembler to  Pole planting – civil construction:

• Dismantling of old catenary poles / Efectuat lucrari de demontare stalpi vechi 
• Positioning of the holes for the foundation drilling / Ghidarea pe axul fundatiei a forezei 
• Supervision of the drilling / Supravegherea forarii 
• Fixation and adjustment of the catenary poles / Fixarea si reglarea pe pozitie a stalpilor de catenara 
• Concreting the foundation and vibration of the concrete / Betonarea fundatiilor si vibrarea betonului 
• Backfilling earth and PSS / Reamenajarea stratului de pamant si piatra Sparta stabilizatoare 
• Compacting the earth after backfilling / Compactarea solului dupa refacere 
• Cleaning tools and device after use / Curatarea sculelor si dispozitivelor dupa folosire 
• Hand excavation if required for specific cases / Excavarea manuala daca este nevoie 
• Support of installation team if required / Sprijinirea echipei de montare/reglare/derulare daca se impune 
• Support of the storage workers if required / Sprijinirea echipelor din deposit daca se impune

Montator la Instalarea LC/EA/PICV / Assembler to Installation Contact Line/ Track Protection / Power Supply:

• Performing works for  Safety arrangements for earthing and train traffic / Asigura masurile de protectie prin impamantare si conditii sigure de traffic  pentru utilaje 
• Performing works for Installation works for brackets, cantilevers and disconnecting switches / Efectuare de lucrari de instalare bride, console, si separatoare
• Performing works for installation of anchoring systems / Efectuare de lucrari de instalare a sistemelor de ancorare 
• Performing works for  erection/adjustment of the catenary system, the protection wire and power supply equipments / Efectuarea de lucrari de instalare/reglare a catenarei, cablului collector si echipamentelor de energoalimentare
• Responsible for the registration of the catenary system, the track protection, the power supply works / Este responsabil pentru valorile inregistrate la reglarea catenarei, cablului collector sau echipamentelor de energoalimentare 
• Dismantling of old catenary system and installations / Efectueaza lucrari de demontare/montare a sistemului de catenara si energoalimentare 
• Proper handling of clients property / Manipuleaza in conditii optime si de siguranta bunurile clientului 
• Support of civil construction team if required / Asigura sprijin in echipele de lucrari civile daca se impune 
• Support of the storage workers if required / Asigura support in echipele din deposit daca se impune 

Montator in echipele de la deposit / Storage worker:

• Performing works in teams for preassembly droppers cantilever and/or power supply equipments / Efectueaza lucrari in echipele de preasamblat console, pendule si/sau echipamnete de energoalimentare 
• Handling of material including loading and unloading of trucks / Manipuleaza materialele inclusiv incarcare/descarcare din camion 
• Works performing in storage and handling in proper conditions in storage area / Desfasoara lucrari de depozitare si manipulare in conditii optime 
• Respecting safety rules / Respecta regulile de protectia muncii 
• Quality and quantitiy check of material and reporting / Verifica materialele din punct de vedere calitativ si cantitativ materialele 

We’ll look to you for:

• Responsible for handling / use of instructional equipment on site (railcars, lifting, etc)
• Support of the installation and construction team if required
• Daily maintenance and inspection of plant before starting the works
• Report all hazardous situations occurred to the machine and prevent
• Masts erection with lifting device                                                
• Handling lift operation from dresines
• Drive plants for works test and commissioning
• Drive plants for works installing electrifications equipments
• Delivering this workload within the schedule defined by  Site Mater  and Team leader.

• Detailed knowledge of the OCS elements;
• Validated experience in OCS Installation/ Maintenance and tests;
• Skills for crane and lift operation
• AFER authorization can be an advantage
• Authorization for crane and lift operation would be a plus
• Romanian language mandatory
