Role Overview:

Application of the instruction from his management to enable the delivery the best availability of the plant and tools in the optimal conditions: performances, quality and health and safety..

Plant & Tools Manager ensures optimal conditions in order to cover the plant & tools availability.



As important responsibilities, the person will


  • Identify existing machines and tools physically and centralize the information
  • Implement and update the work instructions
  • Implement and follows database with the periodic examination, authorization and checking.
  • Track the compliance of contractual obligations of scheduled maintenances.
  • The Plant and Tools Responsible is in charge of making sure that the machine service is deliver in conformity with the service procedures, the QA/QC system and the Time Schedule in place.
  • His duties include also the necessity to report on all anomalies regarding the user rules of the machine.
  • The Plant and Tools Responsible is required to organise the tasks, in a competent and consistent way, so that all key activities are properly controlled.
  • His duties include the organization of the service activities to maintain the highest level of machine availability.
  • He alerts and reports to the management on any concerns he has related to the job he has to perform or to the Plant and Tools he is using, and especially regarding: EHS, Quality, Environment, …
  • The P&T Manager is responsible for the onsite Quality Plan & Security Plan implementation of the plant and tools he is using.
  • P&T mMnager will follow-up the AFER availability of the machines
  • Check and respond to compliance with ISCIR rules regarding the operation and maintenance of endowments covered by ISCIR areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Experience in Mechanic machine
  • Knowledge of ISCIR reglementation
  • English knowledge: able to read, write and speak level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Transport licence eliberate from Ministry of Transportation
  • Computer skills : Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Management competencies
  • Knowledge of mobilization machine
