Objective

You execute daily operations in the warehouse. From Receiving to Assembly line deliveries including moves to and from storage locations, picking, daily counts, materials and train moves. All moving activities are recorded within the ERP system.

 

Organization Reporting

  • Hierarchical Reporting : Warehouse Manager

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receiving: Validate material receipt and perform inbound put-away
  • Perform Purchase Order receipt via SAP and IR Scanner
  • Picking and kitting of material to meet production demands
  • Deliver material to the Production Line as required
  • Picking, Packing and shipping of material
  • Inventory counting and validation
  • Heavy parts moving using Overhead Crane
  • Operate train moving equipment to perform production line moving activities

 

Skills/Experience

  • High school diploma
  • Background: Warehouse Operations - Shipping/Receiving, Picking, Material Handling
  • SAP & IR scanner experience, is a PLUS
  • Mandatory experience: 2 years in a similar function
  • Fluent in English
  • Mandatory: Counterbalance and Reach Truck Certification
  • Crane Experience considered an asset
  • Basic Knowledge of warehouse activities
