PURPOSE:

You will be responsible for a team of Material Planners, purchase order processing, VMI and managing Suppliers' deliveries and risks, according to Site Production /Operations / Installation requirements.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Material scheduling /Manage Material Availability (Missing Parts)

Manage Specific Conditions for Vendors
Manage Purchasing Document for Stock Items
Manage Acknowledgement of Purchasing Document for Stock Items
Follow-Up Needs Expression & Deliveries
Consolidate Vendor Demand for Brampton Site
Collect Site Monthly KPIs, Manage Site Improvement Action Plan, 
Manage Jobs & Skills, Training & Qualification, Workforce, Staffing & organization for the Material Planning team.
Coordinate Supplier Delivery Crisis Solving
Identify Needs & Define Requirements for Internal and External Standards, Define, Improve & Validate Internal Standards, Manage Internal Standards Deployment
Work with Transportation team to ensure the most cost efficient mode of transportation for delivery of all material

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
Educatiion: Post Secondary Education Business/ Supply Chain/Procurement 
Languages: Fluent in English
Mandatory experiences: 5 years minimum experience in relative Industry, more specifically in a Make to Order manufacturing industry.
Experience with SAP

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Excellent skills using MS Office/ Excel/ Powerpoint
