Independently perform activities to support manugacturing at a series of stations.

Support production by forecasting stock levels utilizing data in SAP.

Work with other supporting functions to ensure stable takt time at responsible stations.


Organization Reporting

  • Hierarchical Reporting : Supply Chain Manager


Role & Responsabilities

  • Open production orders to initiate work of specific cars at specific stations at the correct time;
  • Verify delivery of material from warehouse to production line;                                                 
  • Expedite replacement of broken parts through NCR process;                                                                     
  • Forecast material availability, work with procurement to ensure coverage at station;      
  • Manage material shortages that have progressed out of station;                              
  • Support some design or push to completion lineside delivery improvements. Specific tooling/packaging for visual management and ease of handling by both Warehouse and production teams;                                 
  • Daily meeting with team leads and line managers to review status of stations;   
  • Any and all other responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, as assigned by supervisor.



  • Associate Degree in Supply Chain or Planning
  • Previous experience in railway industry, make to order business
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar role
  • Fluent in English



  • Proficient with IT tools: ERP system, SAP experience, MS Office applications
  • Logistic operations
  • Industrial scheduling
  • Fluent in English
