Could you be the Project Planning Manager in Bologna, Rome, Bari or Florence we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and strategic planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates. You'll be pivotal in shaping the timelines and cost-efficiency of our projects, ensuring we meet our commitments with precision and care. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Engineering, Procurement, and Finance), synchronize the customer schedule with internal and Joint Venture timelines, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Establishing detailed project schedules, plans, and timelines,

• Interfacing with customers and joint venture partners to ensure schedule coherence,

• Building realistic scenarios for project execution,

• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed,

• Identifying and mitigating potential delays or cost overruns,

• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines,

• Driving continuous improvement in project planning processes

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,

• Knowledge of schedule management, planning, and development.,

• Proficiency in using project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).,

• Strong analytical skills to build scenarios and assess project risks.,

• Leadership skills to guide project teams and manage project commitments.
