We are looking for a Installation Design Engineer who will be in charge of:

• Prepare and execute Installation design activities – i.e. drawings, documentation, specification, method statements - in support of one or more Bids and Projects in conformance with Alstom and ADM policies, standards and applicable regulations (including local regulations, professional standards, EHS, language translations);
• Make sure that the documentation delivered is in accordance with the project execution requirements: customer, installation subcontractor, local regulation;
• Report to the Installation Engineering Leader / PrIM on any anomalies versus the reference library and / or the local standard and propose any improvement / potential evolution of the reference library.

Knowledge and experience:

• Good knowledge of railway signalling and possibly also related technologies
• Knowledge of construction techniques
• Good communication skills, interpersonal relationship and team working attitude
• Spirit of initiative and good skills in executive problems
• Knowledge of railway safety rules
