Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll ensure the seamless delivery of goods at the right time, quantity, and place, based on Alstom’s needs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering), support material planning processes, and implement action plans for performance improvement and risk management, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing supplier performance KPIs and raw material coverage, but also ensure master data accuracy and follow up on deliveries.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Applying core model processes for material planning activities and master data management
  • Expressing delivery needs to suppliers and following up on confirmations
  • Ensuring goods availability for Alstom projects
  • Collaborating with procurement teams for supplier risk and impact management
  • Analyzing and managing MRP exception messages to anticipate supply challenges
  • Supporting material planners in resolving issues and setting up recovery actions

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
  • Experience with ERPs and supply chain concepts
  • Knowledge of material planning techniques and supplier delivery performance management
  • Familiarity with inventory management and industrial scheduling
  • A Supply Chain or Project Management certification
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
