  • Building and maintaining effective supplier relationships through proactive engagement and regular site visits

  • Supporting commodity strategy development and aligning with global supplier panels

  • Promoting Alstom’s Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing and/or buying roles

  • Ability to work autonomously in a matrix and project-driven environment

  • Willingness and ability to travel to supplier sites as required

  • Fluency in English; an international mindset is a plus

  • Experience in supplier site visits, supplier development, or project procurement follow-up is desirable
