Could you be the full-time Signalling Maintenance Manager in Bhopal we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your **Signalling systems maintenance and project management** expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside **dedicated and collaborative** teammates.
You'll **play a key role in ensuring the operational efficiency of Signalling systems during the Defect Liability Period (DLP) and maintenance contracts**. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (**Project Managers, Service Engineers, Technicians**) and external stakeholders (**customers, subcontractors, and suppliers**) to deliver high-quality maintenance solutions and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of **preventive and corrective maintenance activities**, but also **troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site**.
We’ll look to you for:

Following pre-defined maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with safety policies

Preparing failure and intervention reports
-
Collaborating with the customer O&M team to address anomalies during the DLP period

Supervising and inspecting Signalling system maintenance activities
-
Testing and inspecting systems to ensure peak performance
-
Supporting contract KPIs and coordinating technical meetings with clients

Providing documentation and reports to assist maintenance teams and project managers

Ensuring compatibility with health and safety standards

Engineering Degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

8-10 years of experience in Signalling systems for Railway projects
- Experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Signalling systems

Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance of safety-critical systems

Strong problem-solving and team-working skills
-
Proactive mindset and readiness to acquire new knowledge

Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and OEMs
