The Global Planning Team at Alstom’s Berlin site is seeking a motivated Working Student to support process improvement and digitalization initiatives starting in September 2025. The position is based at the Ernst-Reuter-Platz office and is initially limited to 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The role involves assisting in the analysis and optimization of planning processes, supporting the development of Power BI dashboards, preparing data-driven reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A key focus will be on aligning operational improvements with strategic planning goals and supporting workload analysis to enhance resource efficiency. Applicants should be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration), possess strong analytical skills, and have experience with Power BI and Excel. Good English communication skills and a structured, independent working style are essential. Flexible working hours are offered to accommodate academic schedules.
