In this context, we are looking for an Intern (f/m/d) based at our offices in Berlin / Germany.


Your mission:
Reporting to the Domain Leader Certification & Authorization, you support the project and tender teams in project and engineering activities such as:  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze data related to engineering projects to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Support developing comprehensive project plans, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned and best practices.
  • Support to generate the visibility on Train level Performance & Architecture and Work Package Status.
  • Support on Managing technical risks thanks to mitigation plans incl. moderating separate task forces on specific technical issues

 

Administration:

Support to the Project and Engineering team:

  • Administrative and technical support to the Engineering Director
  • Schedule managing, communications and follow-up tasks efficiently
  • Bring forth creative ideas and innovative solutions to enhane team productivity and project outcomes
  • Conduct thorough research on rail signaling solutions, software, and other technical tools, making weel-informed recommendations
  • Meeting coordination and communication with vendors and stakeholders

 

Your profile :

  • Educated to Master Degree with a specialization in Engineering or similar with a good industrial comprehension, you have a first experience ideally in an international industrial environment.
  • You are interested in railway products. Good communication skills, your diplomacy and tenacity, your open-mindedness enables you to be well integrated in a changing project environment.
  • Your autonomy, team spirit, management and organizational skills, and good business sense are your key assets for this position. 
  • Good language level of English & German is mandatory, French will be an asset. 
  • Excellent MS office skills
  • Team player with ability to work in an international environment and with different cultures
  • Strong customer and service-oriented mindset
