In this role you will:
- Join Alstom’s most innovative division – Digital and Integrated Systems (D&IS) and join a community of more than 13k passionate people from various backgrounds
- Support the Sales & Business Development Team for Central & Northern Europe in every aspect of their work
- Support the commercial monitoring activities with the help of Salesforce.com and synthesize the key highlights via MS365 tools (Excel/PPT/Power BI)
- Work closely with the local Sales team to secure data quality and monitor the commercial performance of the organization
- Be the go-to person with respect to changes related to Salesforce.com
- Take responsibility of the monthly preparation and distribution of the latest sales pipeline report needed for workload capacity planning and footprint decisions
- Respond to a big portion of ad-hoc requests, often related to some sort of data crunching or analysis to be performed
- Maintain and expand our Commercial Dashboard on PowerBI, incl. KPI Reporting
- Support upon request Communication/Marketing elements: e.g. Webinar / Customer Event / Forums / Events / App / Brochure
- Govern event participation together with the Business Development team and be the key contact for professional articles in newspapers
