We are looking for a  VIE – Junior HR Controlling based in Berlin.


Vie Explained:

As a company with French roots, we are proud to take part the Voluntary International Program (VIE). A VIE allows you to undertake a secure professional assignment abroad and offers you the chance to get to know new cultures while gaining professional experience. The conditions for a VIE are the following:


  • Assignments are open for citizens of European Union countries between 18 and 28 years
  • A VIE assignment will be in a country other than that of the applicant; 
  • The assignment has a determinate duration, for this position it is 1 year


Purpose of the job: 

As VIE - Junior HR Controller you will be responsible to support all regional HR activities, in particular with HR data analyzes and preparing various HR KPIs, as well as support HR Project Management.


Main Responsibilities:


HR Efficiency & Planning / Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze HR data / HR KPIs to oversee process performance and propose measures to improve process efficiency incl. establishing project plans and timeline to drive implementation of continuous improvement projects
  • Develop a good level of understanding of the business challenges, organization structure & workforce issues to identify relevant analyses and offer meaningful insights based on the available data

Integration & People Engagement Experience Prerequisites

  • Ensure the Regional convergence roadmap is implemented in due course
  • Monitor convergence KPIs for the Region
  • Deploy People Engagement initiatives at regional level and support on implementation
  • Drive & follow-up Employee Survey outcomes and region action plan

HR projects:

  • PMO tasks for various HR topics
  • Support the delivery of transversal HR projects (this can be any ad hoc project within the HR sphere for example linked to Integration, Transformation, Reorganization & Restructuring, Crisis Management).Assist in the deployment of HR Global Programs


Experience Prerequisites

  • University degree possibly in HR, business studies, social science or economy
  • First experience in  Controlling and/or Project Management
  • Being an expert with the MS Package, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to present findings and data in a clear and concise manner
  • Fluency in English is required and German is an advantage
  • Understanding of Employee life cycle and operational HR processes
  • Analytical, action and detail oriented
  • Resilient and able to deliver operationally in a demanding and changing environment
