You'll play a crucial role in shaping how our Digital & Integrated Systems solutions are perceived in the market. Our portfolio spans from signalling, turnkey systems to digital solutions and infrastructure. It is a global role, based in Berlin.
You’ll specifically take care of developing marketing tools and collaterals, but also support in building awareness campaigns to highlight our solutions.
We’ll look to you for:
- Building messaging, value propositions, and differentiated product positioning for relevant solutions
- Developing and maintaining marketing product collaterals (e.g., presentations, videos, product sheets) and ensuring updates
- Creating and managing a marketing tools platform
- Coordinating marketing expectations from the sales network
- Supporting internal communication through webinars and other activities to ensure alignment
- Developing white papers, presentations, and pitches to highlight our product offerings
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
- Master’s degree, preferably in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Product Marketing)
- Experience or understanding of working in an office and international environment
- Knowledge of the mobility industry (desirable)
- Experience in B2B environments or marketing complex products (desirable)
- Strong ability to turn complex technical information into compelling content and presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & GenAI
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Structured, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive self-starter with excellent time management and interpersonal skills
You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
