Alstom Digital & Integrated Systems offers a wide range of services and products relating to signalling technology and infrastructure. In close cooperation with our worldwide product competence centers, we cover business development, sales and bid management as well as customer-oriented project management, homologation, system engineering, documentation, mechanical integration, installation, commissioning and warranty at our Berlin location.


Your mission:
As part of the Bid Management community, you will be involved in several bids in parallel and assist bid managers to submit winning bids. Therefore, you will, for example: 


  • Provide support in tender analysis, bid structure and development of commercial bid content
  • Cooperate with an international bid team
  • Ensure a continuous flow of information between all parties involved in the bid process 
  • Observe the processes and procedures applicable to tender preparation
  • Prepare tender planning and budget drafts
  • Provide support in guaranteeing quality, costs and delays of the offered project
  • Provide support in checking that the proposed technical solution matches all customer requirements
  • Help in consolidating bidding costs in accordance with the concerned project departments 
  • Prepare tender presentations to the management
  • Coordinate the preparation of all offer documents to ensure high offer quality
  • Cooperation in the draft of contracts and their annexes
  • Implement prequalification procedures

Your profile:
Educated to a Master Degree with a specialization in bid management or similar and with interest for technical solutions, you have a first experience preferably in an international industrial environment. You are looking to work in a company dedicated to offering sustainable solutions for the future of mobility.
Solution-oriented, your excellent communication skills, your tenacity and your team spirit enable you to be well integrated in an international environment. Your autonomy, high sense of organization, your motivation and good business sense are your key assets for this position. A good language level of English & German is mandatory, French would be an asset. MS office skills required.

Information on VIE program
The VIE International Internship Program, established under French law by the Act of March 14, 2000 enables businesses to give 18- to 28-year-old candidates a temporary assignment of between six and 24 months in a foreign country. The assignment can be renewed once, but may not exceed two years in total. The scheme is open to candidates of all qualification levels not only from France, but also from any other country in the European Economic Area.
