Site Facility & Employee Engagement Manager (m/w/d)

Could you be the Site Facility & Employee Engagement Manager (f/m/d) in Berlin we’re looking for? 
 

Your Future Role 
Ernst-Reuter-Platz 6, in the heart of Berlin, is home to Alstom's DACH regional headquarters. Up to 500 colleagues of more than 40 nationalities work here, focusing on project management, business development, and regional strategy, with a special emphasis on rail digitalisation. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Merlin von Godin and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team. 

We’ll look for you to : 
•    Take over responsibility for building management and management of the reception area
•    Ensure an attractive employee location and innovative customer representation
•    Take over the technical and disciplinary management of the site team
•    Take part in a regular dialogue with the works council on the site situation
•    Conduct and participate in safety tours, construction site audits, ASUA and EHS audits (IRIS, ISO 14001/45001/9001) as well as carrying out inventories
•    Approve orders (eBuy/GLink), invoices and travel bookings (Concur) relating to the location and take over the budget responsibility for the site
•    Organize events (e.g. AEM, events, visits)
•    Ensure site security (protection of inventory, data, etc.) by ICQ-Control system managers
•    Take over responsible for compliance with statutory working time regulations (time management)

•    University degree or comparable qualification
•    Proven track record in project management or management assistant experience
•    Creativity, proactivity and a positive approach to issues
•    Communication skills, cooperative and team-orientated working style
•    Very good written and spoken language skills (German & English)
