Could you be the full/part-time Project Installation Manager (f/m/d) in Berlin we’re looking for? 

Your Future Role 
Ernst-Reuter-Platz 6, in the heart of Berlin, is home to Alstom's DACH regional headquarters. Up to 500 colleagues of more than 40 nationalities work here, focusing on project management, business development, and regional strategy, with a special emphasis on rail digitalisation. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Pierre Julhiet and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team. 
We’ll look for you to : 
•    Develop the local team according to the 1st of class factory concept/strategy in Hennigsdorf.
•    Be accountable & responsible for implementation of all activities to be covered by the D&IS first in class concept.
•    Support the D&IS Project Director to deliver the Portfolio Platform budget sales, margin (gross) and cash through correct execution of the D&IS projects located in HEN.
•    Manage a portfolio of D&IS projects allocated to HEN and support the Projects Managers to deliver the local D&IS projects according to their QCD commitment.
•    Participate to SIOP process (Manage and address D&IS priorities between projects with the local SteerCo management team).
•    Deliver and manage S&OP workload for the 1st of class factory.
•    Ensure & support that all D&IS Metier involved in the industrialization process (Engineering, Procurement, Operation, Service) are delivering the workload to be addressed in HEN. 
•    Be accountable for implementation of the process / tools / methods concerning D&IS industrialization and operation and defined by D&IS Projects Performance.
•    Be accountable & responsible for implementation of Monthly Project Review (MPR) processes as per rules defined in Monthly Project Review (MPR) instructions
•    Represent D&IS in HEN.
•    Anticipate project staffing according to S&OP in accordance to the D&IS Metier Leader.
•    Actively engaged in customer management including support for PM’s in writing contract letters, claims construction and management for activities related project execution in HEN.

•    Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or scientific subjects
•    Degree in Management or training in team leading will be an asset

•    Previous experience in complex development environment (railways, automotive, aerospace…)
•    Engineering and processes background
•    Experience in project / program execution and management
•    Experience and understanding in execution effort estimation
•    Team Management Skills
