KEY RESPONSABILITIES: 

 

  • The development and implementation of the processes on RS products for all tenders, projects and range programs managed by the RSC sites taking into account the Policy defined at Alstom level.
  • He/she manages and reports on his/her processes implementation on all RSC projects and program managed by the Central Engineering team.
  • He/she is in charge to define and deploy the standard solutions related to his position, in consistence with the process deliverables and technical policy agreed with platform.
  • He/she manage the Central Engineering team in charge of the definition of these processes and their deployment on RSC sites and on projects managed by Central Engineering.
  • Process definition, deployment and continuous improvement
  • Network management and animation
  • Dedicate support of RSC process deployment on emerging site
  • RSC training program definition and delivery

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

  • Minimum 10 years of successful experience as a Site/Entity Manager within different industries (Aerospace, Defense, Space, Military, Nuclear, Chemical) incl. railways.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Railway business.
  • Significant experience of international projects.
  • Successful experience in managing teams.
  • Successful experience in working in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment.
  • Inside recognition of expertise.
  • Experience in implementing successful technical solution improving product cost and performances
  • Detailed knowledge of the Rolling Stock Products
