Digital Content & Campaign Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin, Germany.

 

As the social Digital Content & Campaign Manager you will be responsible to animate and develop content for external audiences. You will constructively incorporate the potentials and requirements of digital channels and tools into the planning and concepts of communication and dialogue with stakeholders.

 

Your mission will be to develop and manage the Sectors specific content posted in the company Internet site and social media accounts. You will coordinate this content management with the other information stakeholders, notably the Media Relations team and closely collaborate with the DACH communications team and corporate communications function.

 

Key accountabilities:
•    Driving external communication in the DACH region towards a campaign-like effort to be heard and seen - regardless of whether it is a matter of one week and one channel or months and five channels/instruments.
•    Designing and implementing editorial and visual features in all formats - word, image, moving image, audio with the appropriate equipment
•    Providing advice and support for colleagues (e.g. site communication) in their work through standards and best-practice tools (e.g. checklists, briefings, experienced service providers).
•    Focus on data points on stakeholder expectations and impact and effectiveness of communication
•    Advises on the selection, conception and implementation of (online and offline) campaigns 
•    Communicates his/her experience in designing campaigns to the team, so that more and more team members can also develop them on their own initiative.
•    Establishes standards and best practice for campaigns (checklists, briefings, best practice examples).

 

Key requirements:
•    You hold university degree - specialization in Media, Ex: Digital Design, Social Media or Journalism
•    You have strong experience in social media planning and execution and come with 4 to 5 years of professional experience in an editorial office, agency or company, of which at least two years with a focus on social media/digital
•    You are best described as digital native and come with exceptional platform knowledge of Twitter, Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Twitter, Spotify, etc.
•    You bring good knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, content design, specifics of social networks.
•    You are an excellent communicator, listener with strong written, presentation & facilitation skills
•    Proven team player who also observes external benchmarks and incorporates them into teamwork.
•    You are proactive and can respond to pressing issues and challenges with agility
•    You are efficient and creative in identifying target audiences and reaching out to them
•    Previous event management experience is an asset
•    Proficient English and German language skills
