Main tasks and duties


  • Elaborate, implement and monitor Quality strategy and action plans.
  • Develop Quality Culture & Right First Time Approach.
  • Ensure consistency of QCD objectives and the contractualregulatory obligations applicable to the projects.
  • Drives continuous improvement plans to analyze and reduce the CONQ, NCR, Safety issues and Demerit
  • Deploy Quality Policy within the management committee of the Region,
  • Ensure Quality and Safety assessment in the products & services delivered to the customers
  • Monitor correct execution of the project quality using DFQ
  • Lead, Manage and develop Quality DirectorsManagers within the Region.
  • Develop the Quality Teams & competences, using quality school, expertise, and APSYS assessments,
  • Deploy tools and indicators, and contribute to their improvement
  • Evaluate by Internal Audits the quality performance in each process.
  • Ensure the right update about the Quality (QMS) Reference documents, using REX process.
  • Obtain certifications (ex IRIS, ISO, CMMI) according the strategy of the company.
  • Quality dashboard KPI (CONQ, DFQ performance, Top issues performance, etc.….)
  • Speed up improvement process and its deployment (Quality Action Plans)
