Could you be the full-time System BIM Coordinator in Belgrade we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your design integration expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll make a significant impact by ensuring the seamless integration and delivery of design processes across projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Civil Work design, subsystem installation design, and BIM management teams), lead integration and design review meetings, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, interference-free models, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of delivering Project BIM processes, methodologies, and guidance for collaborative production, as well as managing the overall project modelling tactics and BIM output, but also overseeing the coordination across systems and reviewing submitted models for quality and interferences.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing the Turnkey Design Office Team for design integration
  • Authoring and reviewing integration requirements
  • Delivering Project BIM processes, methodologies, and guidance
  • Managing the overall project modelling tactics and BIM output through all delivery stages
  • Directing the coordination across systems
  • Leading integration design and build meetings (geometrical clashes and required metadata)
  • Following the delivery schedule of Civil Work design and subsystem installation design
  • Reviewing submitted models for interferences and level of detail quality
  • Managing the configuration of the design received from Civil Work and ensuring its applicability
  • Assisting the Design BIM Manager in managing design development
  • Supporting the Design Civil Work Interface & BIM Manager in checking deliverables as part of the system technical validation

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of BIM processes and methodologies
  • Knowledge of design integration and coordination across systems
  • Familiarity with Civil Work design and subsystem installation design
  • A BIM certification or equivalent
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
