Could you be the full-time Risk Manager in Belgrade we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your risk management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and Project Team on all risk aspects, ensuring effective risk identification, mitigation, and reporting processes are in place. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project management, cost control, scheduling), act as a leader in risk identification sessions, and monitor progress on risk mitigation actions, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and implementing a Project Risk Management Plan, but also training project members in risk management practices.
We’ll look to you for:
- Supporting the Project Manager and team in managing risks effectively
- Defining and implementing a Project Risk Management Plan
- Training Project Team members in risk management through seminars and courses
- Leading risk identification and assessment sessions
- Collaborating with risk owners to evaluate and mitigate risks
- Maintaining and updating a consolidated Risk Register
- Producing regular Risk Assessment Reports
- Ensuring mitigation actions are integrated into the project schedule and budget
- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct

- Degree in a relevant field
- Project management background appropriate to project complexity
- Experience or understanding of risk management processes
- Knowledge of railway products and systems
- Familiarity with risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Desirable IPMA-D certification
- Strong anticipation and negotiation skills
- Ability to detect unusual risks and build agreed mitigation commitments
