Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in project planning and coordination in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the on-time delivery of projects, serving as a central connector for project interfaces and driving execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordination. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Project Managers, Chiefs of Development, Chiefs of Operations, and Sub-System Managers, to align efforts and maintain momentum. You’ll also act as a trusted deputy to the Project Manager, stepping in to lead when needed and fostering collaboration across the core team.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining project schedules and managing planning deliverables, but also ensuring synchronization and alignment among internal stakeholders.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing and maintaining the project schedule for your area of responsibility.
  • Providing accurate and timely scheduling information to support decision-making and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
  • Acting as a trusted deputy to the Project Manager, ensuring alignment across the core team and stepping in to lead when necessary.
  • Facilitating synchronization of internal stakeholders to drive project execution.
  • Communicating efficiently at all levels, adapting your communication style to suit different audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Deploying and supporting World Class Manufacturing (WCM) domain expertise locally, contributing to strategic roadmaps, mastering technical domains, and sharing knowledge across the organization.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of working with complex projects in industries such as transportation or similar.
  • Knowledge in project planning tools, particularly Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with time management and scheduling processes for large-scale projects.
  • A certification in project management (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
