Could you be the full-time Work Package Controller in Belgrade, Serbia we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the financial success of our projects by managing costs, forecasting cash flows, and maintaining a transparent financial outlook. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Managers, Supply Chain, and Claims departments), provide financial insights, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of financial reporting and cost control for Work Packages, but also manage cash flows and revenue margin forecasts.
We’ll look to you for:
- Monitoring and forecasting cash flows arising from the project
- Analyzing actual costs incurred and comparing them with forecasts to identify gaps
- Collaborating with Supply Chain and Claims departments to monitor cost progress and address additional costs
- Providing transparency on financial elements and ensuring risks are assessed with mitigation plans in place
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and addressing deviations from budgets and forecasts
- Providing reliable financial data to support decision-making

- A degree in finance, business management, or engineering with financial training
- 3 years of experience in long-term contracting and accounting as a Work Package Controller
- Proficiency in English
- Strong ability to interpret business-related data
- Well-developed communication skills and the ability to create compelling presentations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and an affinity for working with numbers
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
