Could you be the full-time Documentation Manager in Belgrade we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Documentation Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll provide a confidential, effective, and professional service to operational teams. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering and Project Managers), offering support on specific subjects linked to the activities of the department.
You’ll specifically assist the project teams to guarantee time efficiency, communication, and organization.
We’ll look to you for:
- Managing the workload of the Documentation Managers, ensuring control of project assignments, peaks of load, and transfers
- Liaising with project teams on a regular basis to obtain various information for the Project Manager
- Compiling reports and sets of documentation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers at all levels, becoming a reliable point of contact for them
- Providing necessary support to new team members

- University degree or equivalent academic background
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- High level of proficiency in English and Spanish
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Flexibility and the ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of the domestic market
