Accountable for:

· Supporting the team in the resolution of issues in particular those involving other stakeholders (internal of external) and to support them in the

definition of priorities.

· Ensuring the proper follow-up of the QCD work packages of the projects.

· Reporting on the progress of the projects/Bids activities and alter the N+1 in case of issue potentially impacting the achievement of the QCD

commitment or tender objectives.

· EHS in Development

· Supporting and promoting innovations

· People management cycle management on-time and quality of data with associated Training and development plans to reach target

competence level

 

Responsible for:

· Implementing an organization to ensure the proper management of the tenders/projects/programs/development to cost/serial life as per the

applicable Metier instruction/processes

· Applying and follow-up the People Management Cycle on time for the Site according to N+1 and HR instructions

· Contribute and application of the TDS strategy

 

Competencies & Skills

  • Technical decision-making, including value analysis methodologies
  • Development strategy and vision definition
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership and people management experience
  • Strong cooperation and change management skills
  • Fluent in English; the site language is a plus
